This Privacy Policy describes how the Runy Outlook Calendar Integration collects, uses, and stores your information when you connect your Microsoft Outlook Calendar account to our service.

2. Data We Collect

When you authorize the Runy Outlook Calendar Integration, we access the following calendar data via Microsoft Graph API:

• Calendar Events: Event titles, descriptions, times, locations, and attendees
• Calendar Metadata: Calendar names, IDs, and access levels
• Email Address: Your Microsoft account email address
• OAuth Tokens: Access and refresh tokens to maintain your connection

Microsoft Graph Scopes: User.Read, Calendars.Read, Calendars.ReadWrite, offline_access

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your Outlook Calendar data to provide calendar integration features within the Runy platform:

• Display your calendar events within Runy
• Sync calendar availability for scheduling
• Integrate calendar data with Runy workflows
• Manage connected calendar connections

We do not use your calendar data for advertising, do not sell your data to third parties, and do not use your data to train AI/ML models.

4. Data Storage

OAuth tokens are stored while your account is connected. Calendar data may be temporarily cached to provide the service. You can disconnect your Outlook Calendar account at any time through your settings or by revoking access through your Microsoft Account Security Settings.

5. Microsoft API Use Disclosure

We only use Outlook Calendar data to provide user-facing features of the Runy Outlook Calendar Integration. We do not use calendar data for advertising, do not transfer it to third parties (except as necessary to provide the service or comply with laws), and do not allow humans to read your content except where required by law.
